Carlos Venegas, a principle of Straus Forest LLC, has designed and led scores of successful process-improvement implementations in a wide range of organizations, from a Fortune 500 company to a 4-employee small business.
Other consultations have included strategy alignment, tactical planning, employee involvement and engagement, technical communication, as well as office and shop-floor kaizen.
Carlos is the author of Flow in the Office: Implementing and Sustaining Lean Improvements, published by Productivity Press.
Carlos has also produced several videos addressing various Lean subjects, including value-stream mapping, and Lean and green.
Carlos is a certified Lean consultant, and has received extensive training from Shingijutsu, Ltd., both in Japan and the United States.
He holds an MA in Applied Behavioral Science, with a concentration in Consulting and Coaching. |
